Accounting Services Associate - NetSuite Required

  • Prepare and compile complex financial statements
  • Perform routine accounting functions in NetSuite (reconciliations, journal entries, etc)
  • Perform full charge bookkeeping functions to include bank, credit card, and other account reconciliations, accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, payroll processing, etc
  • Post entries to general ledger
  • Document and ensure proper keeping of financial records and workpapers
  • Responsible for communication with client on an ongoing basis
  • Accountable for workflow and reports as requested by leadership. Ability to effectively communicate workflow to leadership on an engagement.
  • Obtain a minimum of 40 credits of CPE each calendar year or meet the Texas State Board requirements
  • Participate in firm and departmental initiatives and administration of the department
