Julia joined JTaylor in 2017 as the Human Resources Manager. Julia brought over 3 years of human resources experience. Through her experience she has gained extensive knowledge in regards to employee relations and establishing processes that promote efficiency and compliance within the organization.

After graduating from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management, Julia went on to earn her Master of Arts in Administration with a focus in Organizational Development at University of the Incarnate Word. Prior to joining JTaylor, Julia worked for Deacon Recruiting where she sourced candidates for permanent placement positions in operational and administrative roles in the San Antonio area. Julia also worked in public education for six years working within Professional Development as well as a classroom teacher.

Julia is passionate about serving her local Fort Worth community. She is an active member of the Human Resource Management Association, Fort Worth Chapter and currently serving as the Certifications Co-Chair. Julia has also participated in Leadership Burleson and continues to help with the planning of that program.
