David Cleveland Joins JTaylor as Director of Strategic Growth and Client Engagement

JTaylor has hired David Cleveland as the firm’s first Director of Strategic Growth and Client Engagement. This newly created role reflects JTaylor’s commitment to strengthening client relationships, expanding its market presence and enhancing the overall client experience.

David will lead initiatives that blend market insight, strategic planning and relationship management to support long-term, sustainable growth across all service lines. “The time is right to invest in a more focused and intentional approach to client engagement,” said Michael Malloy, Managing Partner of JTaylor. “As organizations grow, consistency in service and access to the full breadth of expertise an organization has to offer are common challenges. David brings a perfect mindset to help us ensure we honor our commitment to serve clients to the best of our ability.”

David earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Real Estate from Texas Christian University in 2004. His career includes extensive experience as a sales executive, where he developed deep expertise in building strategic networks and fostering strong, authentic relationships. At JTaylor, he will apply those skills to guide professionals across the firm as they build personalized growth strategies.

"I'm excited about this opportunity," Cleveland said. "I look forward to working one-on-one with each person and instilling a heightened company culture around client engagement."

David has been an active member in the Fort Worth community after graduating from TCU in 2004, including serving as a Commissioner for University Little League since 2022. In the past, he has volunteered on the Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo Greeting Committee. He also supported the Harris Methodist Neonatal Intensive Care Unit through board service with Breakfast with St. NICUlas, a fundraising event that he and his wife chaired in 2013.
