JTaylor manager Easton Tally a national 2025 “30-Under-Thirty” honoree

Easton Tally, CVA, a manager in the consulting division of JTaylor, has been selected as a 30-Under-Thirty standout by The National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA). The award recognizes the country’s top young valuation professionals who embody the drive, motivation and courage to be industry leaders.

“We are lucky to have Easton on our team,” noted Anna Brewer, a NACVA member and consulting partner with JTaylor. “He has taken great strides early in his professional career to establish himself as a leader in our practice.”

Tally became a Certified Valuation Analyst in January 2025 and quickly deployed his expertise, driving efficiency, teaching, and training initiatives for the JTaylor valuation practice. He provides stellar client service while ensuring that work is performed proficiently and in compliance with industry standards. He invests time to educate and train other professionals, improving the level of service for the entire team and allowing JTaylor to perform valuation services more efficiently and therefore provide actionable results to clients more quickly. Because of investments from Tally and other NACVA honorees, the valuation community continues to improve each year.

“I’m honored to be recognized,” said Tally, “but more importantly, I’m grateful to work for a partner group that guides yet trusts me, and with colleagues that continually challenge yet support me. While it may sound cliché, it makes it no less true that much of this should be credited to them. It is incredibly meaningful to work at a place that allows you to grow as quickly and boldly as you can with people who are just excited for you as you are for yourself.”

Easton graduated Summa Cum Laude from Texas Christian University in 2022 with a BBA in Finance and Marketing with Honors. He joined JTaylor later that year, focusing on consulting and valuation services. Additionally, he has experience in managed care contracting, buy/sell due diligence and healthcare strategy and operations.
